In view of the Lockdown that commences today, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that your recruitment and job hunting needs are still of paramount importance to us. Therefore, it is business as usual at Select.
We know that these are challenging, stressful and unpredictable times for everyone. This is why each and every one of the Select team are 100% dedicated to maintaining the 5* service that Select is known for in the recruitment industry.
As a vital line of support for businesses, organisations and job hunters our premises will stay open where possible, with reduced staff numbers to maintain safe practices. We have also invested in new technology, in order to move almost all of our activities online or over the phone, and the rest of our team are fully set up and supported to work from home.
To put you at ease, here is a full list of all the measures we have in place to ensure the safety of our clients, candidates and the Select team.
Most of our team are now working from home to minimise the spread of Coronavirus.
The team in the office have been provided with hand sanitising stations and wipes. Every desk has been arranged so it is 2 metres or more from others and everyone is being temperature checked upon arrival.
Visitors to our premises are being kept to a bare minimum. If you feel that it is absolutely necessary to come to our offices, you MUST call us first and book an appointment.
Our entire registration procedure has been moved online and can be completed through our website.
We have invested in the leading software for video interviewing and shortlisting. This means that the entire hiring process can now be moved online, minimising contact for both candidates and clients.
We have also invested in a new phone system that allows you to easily call anyone in the business, whether they are working from home or not without needing multiple mobile phone numbers.
Lastly, we would like to thank you all for your continued support of Select. We have been here for you for 25 years and are not going to stop now.
As always, we will continue to follow the advice provided by the government and the health authorities. We will keep you updated should any of the above change. If you have any queries, please get in touch.
