We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team for the busy season. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and exciting environment, serving delicious meals to guests at our scenic caravan park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient work flow.
- Contribute to menu planning and offer suggestions for creative specials.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of food and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen work-space.
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure during peak service hours.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work on evenings and weekends.
