Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week (3–4 days per week)
Shift Times: Approximately 09:30/10:00 AM start – finish around 8:00 PM
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our client's dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to contribute to a professional culinary environment, where quality, consistency, and teamwork are highly valued.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your section
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs
  • Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Support junior staff with training and development as required
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and modern cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
