My client are based in a fabulous location only a short distance to the coast, and with parking on site - it's a great place to work! They are now seeking an experienced Telephone Account Manager to join their National Sales Team, which is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while growing their brand.

Reporting to their National Sales Manager and working from their beautiful location, they are now looking for a highly energetic and proactive Telephone Account Manager who will manage and develop national accounts through effective customer relationships and telephone sales management.

What my client is looking for in their Telephone Account Manager:

As their Telephone Account Manager, you will identify new opportunities to win business outside of East Anglia via the use of inbound and outbound phone communication. Building relationships with customers will be second nature to you, and you will be confident with the products you are selling, using POS and promotion items to secure and maintain your accounts. You will successfully use your analytical ability to report on real-time customer and competitor information and will have a hands-on approach with an awareness of the wider marketplace and their competitors.
