In this Account Manager role, you will be at the heart of member engagement, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their membership journey. Your Account Manager duties will include making courtesy calls, setting up 1-2-1 meetings, supporting the renewal process, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM. You'll also be involved in new membership setups, peer-to-peer introductions, and participating in weekly membership meetings. Your ability to support various projects and attend chamber events will be crucial in driving revenue and retaining members.
