As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role as the main support working closely with the Head Chef. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of your team and guests by implementing proper control measures, driving culinary standards to create memorable dining experiences, and championing the food journey to exceed guests' expectations.
You will work closely with the Head Chef, assisting in team management and developing your own leadership skills. Excellent organisational abilities, a level head, and consistent performance are essential in this role.
