Select Hospitality is recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of our client, a stunning conference and events business. Join an award-winning head chef and work across all kitchen sections to gain broad experience. We are seeking a strong and passionate chef with experience in a busy fresh food environment. You will have an interest in food and menu development, be able to run shifts, carry out due diligence, and train lower-level team members. A good understanding of fresh produce and farm-to-fork principles is beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have a Food Hygiene Level 2, an NVQ Level 1 & 2, or relevant industry experience. Due to location, a car and driving license are essential. The rota offers a mix of straight or split shifts to fit around your needs, covering weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
