Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal menu changes

  • Manage food purchasing, stock rotation, and kitchen hygiene compliance
  • Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Develop creative specials and modern classics that cater to customer preferences
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a busy, high-energy kitchen
