Role Overview: Join my client, a leading manufacturer based in Bedfordshire, as an Aftersales Administrator. In this vital role, you'll ensure the aftersales process is seamless, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the success of the sales team. Your daily responsibilities will include managing the aftersales inbox, resolving customer issues efficiently, organising replacement parts, and providing courteous communication.
This varied role also involves preparing quotations and some order processing, ensuring no two days are the same. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support across various sales team functions and process all orders using an in-house CRM database. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and be proactive in managing time and tasks, while being an excellent team player.
