Customer Service advisors

Are you an affable person who always seeks a swift and efficient resolution to problems that leaves everyone happy? Are you driven and proactive, constantly looking to achieve your KPI’s?

Our Norfolk based client is looking for a friendly, confident and capable Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for customers.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be using your keen communication skills to promptly resolve any issues a customer may have during both pre-order and after sales. You will also get to flex your administration skills - logging complaints, managing invoice queries and forward planning deliveries to ensure all requirements are met.

In order to be successful at this role, you should have:

  • Confidence on the phone, being able to liaise with customers and colleagues respectively.

  • Ample experience using IT software such as Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.


Our client is offering a starting salary of £20,077 with potential to increase to £24,000 if you take advantage of the training offered to diversify your skill set.
