Customer Service advisors

Our Norfolk based client is looking for a friendly, confident and capable Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be using your keen communication skills to promptly resolve any issues a customer may have during both pre-order and after sales. You will also get to flex your administration skills - logging complaints, managing invoice queries and forward planning deliveries to ensure all requirements are met.
In order to be successful at this role, you should have:
Confidence on the phone, being able to liaise with customers and colleagues respectively.
Ample experience using IT software such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Our client is offering a starting salary of £20,077 with potential to increase to £24,000 if you take advantage of the training offered to diversify your skill set.
