As a Data Executive at their multi-award-winning company, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of client accounts. Your responsibilities will include handling any changes, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting service level agreements both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Act as a representative of our esteemed organisation, promoting professionalism at all times
Investigate and resolving cases promptly and effectively
Collaborate with clients to meet daily SLAs consistently
Liaise with suppliers to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
Collecting data from various sources and input it accurately into my client’s CRM system
Providing exceptional customer support within their organisation, meeting deadlines and internal requirements
Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database and resolving queries
This role offers ample opportunities for growth and development within my client’s business. Full training will be provided, covering industry knowledge, company processes, and software tools such as Salesforce and Pathfinder.
Who my client is looking for:
You’ll have a professional demeanour, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, are advantageous. What's crucial is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for data.
