As an experienced security officer, you’ll already be adept at controlling incidents and have a good understanding of escalation procedures. The role consists of a 12 hour day (4 on 4 off shift pattern). The day is broken up by manning the main entrance gate / exit hub, bag searches on entry, arch search, inner patrols, outer patrols. Regular breaks include 45 min morning break, lunch break and a 45 min afternoon break.
With your bubbly and enthusiastic personality, you’ll provide an exciting encounter for every visitor, whilst ensuring they are always safe. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to become a part of the culture of the site and develop by drawing attention to areas where you can improve and excel. You’ll have high standards of service and a hunger to provide the best experience as overtime work is often available.
In return for your service, you’ll receive:
- £12.24/hr - 42hr week (equivalent to £30,551.04k salary plus opportunities for overtime).
- 12 hour shifts - 4 on 4 off to allow for flexibility and excellent work/life balance.
- Variable day shifts, meaning you get to experience the full life cycle of a day at the studio.
You’ll bring a professional attitude to this reputable team at an iconic venue, liaising with other members of security as well as Duty and site managers. Experience in a similar role will serve you well, as you’ll need a dynamic personality and friendly nature as well as the relevant license! You’ll be working for a client with an international media reputation and establishing relationships with a team who represent one of the most recognisable names in the world.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need a DS SIA License. SG Licenses will not be suitable.
