Due to an internal promotion Select Hospitality are proud to be recruiting on behalf of this multi award winning destination restaurant & hotel on the North Norfolk Coast for a Restaurant Manager.
My client are looking for driven and customer focused managers from all aspects of the hospitality industry. You will be offered full training & coaching to maximise your career growth.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager & senior management team to grow and build the already very successful business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 20 Front of House Staff catering to over 600 covers a day during the peak season. You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures.
The client is a well known 2 AA Rosette restaurant specialising in Locally caught and smoked fish, focusing on local food, wines, beers and spirits championing the best that Norfolk has to offer.
