Their stunning destination Rosette Restaurant near Hitchin is looking for a 'hands-on' manager who is motivated and driven to provide an exceptional dining experience for customers.
In this role, you will have a lot of autonomy to manage your team and deliver results. You'll be responsible for controlling and reducing costs, while increasing sales and profitability. You'll be expected to provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your team, developing their skills and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. You'll be a born leader, with a passion for food and beverage and amazing customer service. You'll be organised, with excellent attention to detail, and you'll be able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
