Main responsibilities will include:
- Respond to telephone, email, walk-in and website enquiries from existing and prospective office and co-working clients
- Liaise with the Property Manager
- Assist with the general on-site operations
- Maintain calendars for appointments and viewings
- Collect, and process and both incoming and outgoing mail
- Compose and send correspondence as required
- Oversee the general daily upkeep of the reception area and opening and closing process for each floor
- Assist the Community Manager with regular meet ups for the residents of the offices to enable networking and keep them informed of any business support available to them.
- Handle any resident complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns according to company procedures
- Cover for the Meeting & Events Floor if required
- Other general office and reception duties as required
- Be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Flexible and pro-active.
