Our client, a market-leading construction business providing first-rate comprehensive housing services across the UK, is looking for an experienced and dedicated quantity surveyor to join their Norwich based team of professionals.
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll use your excellent knowledge and commercial understanding to effectively control project finances by producing accurate cash flow forecasts, setting targets and allocating duties, whilst also forming relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication with other members of the project team. Through all your hard work you’ll be promoting a commercial perspective on all issues with the aim of maximising value for money whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a £40,000-60,000 salary depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package:
