Our client operates as a global solutions provider, offering comprehensive services for projects. From concept to design, development, production, inspection, and logistics, they cover every aspect. With a global presence and regional manufacturing and logistics sites in Europe, North America, and Asia, they combine on-the-ground customer service with the capabilities of a global operation. Their expertise spans various materials and processes, making them the preferred partner for global brands.
As Project Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Drafting contracts and liaising with stakeholders
Entering data into the ERP system
Gathering and managing client feedback – client facing skills are an absolute must
Creating and managing processes and orders
Providing project support, including assistance with pricing
Maintaining organised project documentation
🚀 What my client is looking for:
Exceptionally organised, capable of handling large volumes of information and requests
Skilled at prioritisation, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery
Proficient in project management processes and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues
A master in Excel and familiar with project management systems
Excellent at communication and adept at working with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
Comfortable thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment, akin to a start-up or agency
You'll be a standout candidate if you have:
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365
Experience working with global brands, particularly in FMCG and luxury goods
Prior experience in the packaging industry
