You'll be an experienced Account Manager, someone that can own client relationships within their dynamic team. You'll be the internal expert on your assigned portfolio of large clients, ensuring they're engaged with their solutions and achieving their sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, deepening and widening engagement
  • Drive commercial success through strong retention, ARR growth, and churn prevention
  • Develop and implement Plans that highlight areas for sustainable impact and growth
  • Lead client onboarding and coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Take a strategic approach to maximise client portfolio value and employee engagement
What my client is looking for:
  • Significant experience in account management in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of commercial success with demonstrable stability in previous roles
  • Experience selling add-on services or add-on solutions
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational capabilities
  • Passion for their mission and alignment with their values
  • Computer literacy and confidence explaining technology solutions
Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Understanding of or passion for behavioral change
