In this dynamic role, the L&D Account Manager will act as the key relationship manager for a portfolio of valued customers. You’ll onboard new clients, guide them through their learning journeys, and ensure they maximise their investment in training.
As an L&D Account Manager, you’ll combine account management, sales, and customer engagement skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. This is a hybrid position, where you’ll need strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset. Full training will be provided, and you’ll also take an active role in defining resources, contributing to social media efforts, and liaising across teams to deliver exceptional service.
