Our Hampshire based client is looking for an IT Manager to join their educational organisation to manage a team of five IT professionals.
Your technical skills will be well valued, taking the lead on new technology implementation and ensuring all systems are running at the highest quality possible. With a strong understanding across 1st - 3rd line support, you’ll use your knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V and networking to create user focused systems, monitoring them to ensure the user gets the best experience possible. You’ll be interfacing regularly with senior management, putting forward your new ideas to succeed and offering a technical insight to their decision making. You’ll be running a team of 5 IT support technicians, giving them progress and development plans to ensure they’re in the best position to support the organisation.
