You’ll be taking on tasks to support both internal and external customers, addressing IT support tickets to ensure everything is resolved in an efficient manner to the quality our client is known for. You’ll be using your strong communication skills to satisfy all parties involved and communicate technical information to those with extensive or little technical knowledge. You’ll be managing IP addresses while removing firewalls and NAT rules to ensure customers are cared for correctly. You will also know when to escalate any issues and deal with 3rd party technicians to resolve anymore serious problems.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have a desire to learn as you’ll be retaining a lot of technical knowledge.
- Have strong IT skills and knowledge which can be developed upon.
- Bring great communication skills to ensure you can support people from all different backgrounds.
