Following successfully winning this new long term contract, my client, an industry award winning contract caterer is looking for a strong hands on Catering Operations Manager, based in central Oxford.
My client is looking for a hands on service led candidate, who is confident to lead a large team, working closely with the Exec Chef and Client, managing multiple events of differing sizes at the same time. The business has multiple event spaces, covering 2 floors, with 2 kitchens, so you will need to be organised in order to manage the site effectively.
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to manage a large team of staff, made up of part time, full time and casuals, using your skills and experience to train and coach them to ensure the best service for the clients at all times.
As well as a great salary of upto £55k this role also offers a great industry leading bonus scheme, pension, and meals on duty.
