At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to work in a stunning visitor attraction near Hampstead, London.
This role comes at a very exciting time for the business, with the full reopening of F&B operations after COVID, now is the time for your to have the opportunity to be part of the team instrumental in delivering the business plan.
My client is looking for a passionate, energetic and driven candidate, with excellent personal skills and attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role, you must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
The F&B Manager will report to the General Manager and Finance Manager, overseeing all F&B, Bar and pop-up facilities on site. You will be tasked with the management and associated training and coaching of your team ensuring excellent levels of service at all times.
This role offers you amazing career opportunities and industry award winning training, as well as the opportunity to work in some of the most picturesque grounds outside of Central London.
You will be training, mentoring & coaching a team of up to 35 staff, overseeing multiple catering outlets within stunning and vast grounds.
The ideal F&B Manager will have experience in both premium independent businesses and luxury venues, as well as having a good food background.
As part of the senior management team, you will have experience managing and training a large team using SOP manuals and your industry knowledge.
As part of your role, my client would require you to have a Level 3 food hygiene certificate, a personal licence, and a good understanding of food hygiene, allergens, and HACCP.
As well as a great salary of upto £47,000, 35 hour weeks, enhanced pension contributions, life assurance, amazing management.
Bonus as well as free onsite parking and enhance holiday.
