Location: Diss
Hours: 37 hours per week approx, 5 days a week (including weekends on a rota basis)
Shift: Day shifts only – No evenings

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth-running front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of service
- Assist with staff training, shift planning, and daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or complaints professionally
- Ensure the venue is well-presented and all health and safety procedures are followed
- Support stock control, ordering, and cash handling as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to enhance the customer experience
- Previous experience in a front-of-house supervisory role within hospitality or a similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
