The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, capable Front of House Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll have the freedom to help build the team, refine service standards, and make a lasting impression from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role where initiative, reliability, and a natural flair for hospitality are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading by example to deliver exceptional service across the board
- Recruiting, training, and motivating a brand-new FOH team
- Taking full responsibility for daily FOH operations
- Creating smooth workflows between kitchen and service teams
- Handling rotas, reservations, stock, and ordering with precision
- Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, service, and customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business
- Acting as a key figure in the venue’s culture and long-term success
- Previous experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar senior hospitality role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and standards
- Confidence managing both people and processes in a fast-moving environment
- A natural sense of hospitality and a passion for great food & drink
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and inspire your team to do the same
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings as needed
