As a Remote or hybrid (Norwich) Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of their company, ensuring their customer receive the high-quality service they deserve. Your primary focus will be on email communication, with occasional outbound calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails professionally, accurately, and promptly
- Collaborating with partners and colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues
- Highlighting recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Up-selling products when appropriate
- Accurately inputting information into relevant systems
- Proven experience in a fast-paced B2C contact centre, preferably in e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
