As a Remote or hybrid (Norwich) Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of their company, ensuring their customer receive the high-quality service they deserve. Your primary focus will be on email communication, with occasional outbound calls as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer emails professionally, accurately, and promptly
  • Collaborating with partners and colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Highlighting recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • Up-selling products when appropriate
  • Accurately inputting information into relevant systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
