As their Customer Retention Advisor, you'll be the hero who keeps their clients coming back for more! You'll:
- Renew client contracts and build lasting relationships
- Turn potential cancellations into renewals through your persuasive charm
- Provide exceptional advice and guidance to clients
- Gather valuable customer feedback to help us continuously improve
- Meet (and exceed!) retention targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in a B2B retention role, but B2C will certainly be considered
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- The resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Great organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
- Computer literacy (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
- GCSE Maths & English grade 4 and above
