My client are a fantastic agency who work with some amazing clients, and are now looking to add value to their team by recruiting a Client Services Support Executive.
You will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors with building and developing their long-term, trusting relationships with their customers.
Acting as a Serve as a friendly point of contact for all of their customer account management matters, you will support the timely and successful delivery of their client solutions, clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. You will be happy to support the team when it comes to forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), and will be happy to assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.
It goes without saying you will be a friendly team player, with excellent listening and communication skills. You will also be able to offer your opinion and valuable input.
You might have proven work experience as an Account Executive or perhaps in customer experience/customer support or project support role (b2b). Any experience of working with CRM software would be advantageous but can be taught. An ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is a must have, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
