Business Development Manager – St Albans £30k-£35k + uncapped commission

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in their ambitious expansion plans. Working within our dynamic Sales team, your primary objective will be to develop and nurture long-term relationships with our partners. You'll be responsible for driving new business by preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and winning deals for my client’s suite of products. Your role will involve both desk and field-based business development support, ensuring continuous growth within our existing partner base while recruiting new partners to collaborate with.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities within the Wholesale sector.
  • Meeting with partners face-to-face or over the phone to understand their needs and develop effective plans to meet them.
  • Responding efficiently to partner enquiries with appropriate information about my client’s products and services.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all partner interactions in our CRM database.
  • Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong drive to seek new business, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and CRM systems is essential, along with a thorough knowledge of the telecommunications market.
