In this vital role, you'll be working closely under the Life Cycle Manager, engaging with various teams to craft and execute comprehensive investment and asset management programmes across an extensive portfolio. This will include immediate priorities as well as the strategic delivery of a 25-year plan aimed at achieving Net Zero targets. Your responsibilities will include managing building surveys to inform the Life Cycle Management plan, developing and enhancing information systems for optimal data recording and analysis, and providing insightful reports to update and guide the leadership on progress, risks, and strategic planning. You'll bring to the table your expertise in:
- Managing the surveying process, undertaking on-site surveys to assess building conditions, and identifying sustainable solutions for repair or replacement.
- Advising on the maintenance and conservation of historic buildings, ensuring their preservation aligns with modern standards and sustainability goals.
- Leading initiatives to meet Net Zero objectives through informed recommendations based on survey outcomes.
