As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to lead commercial aspects across significant projects, providing accurate financial reporting and identifying opportunities to maximise values and minimise costs. You'll place subcontracts in accordance with main contract terms and company procedures, whilst mentoring and developing your team of surveyors. This Managing Quantity Surveyor position allows you to showcase your expertise in main contracting, particularly in Educational, Commercial, Healthcare and Public buildings projects. Your experience in negotiating second stage tendering will be highly valued, as will your ability to review and negotiate main contract terms—skills that position you as a key commercial leader within the organisation.
