My client is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Rackheath. As a Sales Executive with them, you'll play a crucial role in non-commission-based sales operation, focusing on team success and consistent results.
With this exciting opportunity to contribute to sales strategy and growth, your typical day might include lead chasing, quote winning, proactive lead generation, and supporting admin.
Based in their North of Norwich office, you'll primarily focus on sales activity and be involved in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Typical day?
Lead Chasing: Follow up with existing leads to determine their readiness to move forward with quotes.
Quote Winning: Seek to win existing quotes by understanding customers' decision-making factors and matching our strengths to their needs.
Proactive Lead Generation: Conduct research to find new leads within agreed markets and develop effective sales strategies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Some experience in sales is essential.
- Consistency and a focus on long-term sales success, not just short-term gains.
- Ability to fit in well with their existing team, being positive and motivational.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to their systems and market.
- Accountability for your time and responsibilities.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations with customers.
- Strong written English skills for effective email communication.
- Occasional trade show attendance and travel to see UK customers (not every week).
