Key Responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with their commercial and sales-focused senior leadership team to drive performance, make quick decisions, and create genuine business impact
- Fine-tune their already successful sales strategy to respond proactively to market changes and leverage technology to increase market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results
- Analyse KPIs to identify performance improvements and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with peers across departments to achieve overall business objectives
- Bring new sales development tools and techniques to the table, with a passion for leveraging technology
- Champion industry trends and bring them to life across their teams
- Be a strong, motivated, and hands-on leader who drives performance while maintaining attention to detail on all key sales metrics
- Quickly assess and understand existing sales processes, identifying strengths and opportunities for enhancement
- Communicate effectively to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues at all levels
- Have proven experience leading a high-performing B2B sales team, ideally with exposure to selling to the SME market in a consultative environment
- Possess a mentality that "nearly at target" simply isn't good enough
