As a Workshop Operative, you’ll contribute to the production of specialised, high-performance products such as hoarding and boarding for racing car cockpits and custom quentor cases. Key duties include:
- Precision Assembly: Fabricating products to exact specifications using hand tools and other equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough checks to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
- Custom Work: Assembling bespoke products tailored to client requirements.
- Material Handling: Safely managing and organising materials and components in the workshop.
- Team Support: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintenance: Assisting in the care and upkeep of tools and machinery.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Health & Safety: Adhering to company health and safety policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Location: Norwich, NR6.
- Hours: 7:00am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime available until 6:00pm.
