Core Responsibilities
  • Lead user research and translate insights into elegant design solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Develop and maintain consistent design guidelines
  • Collaborate with their development team (opportunity to contribute to development for those with coding skills)
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  • Champion UX best practices across the organisation
Your Profile
  • Proven track record of UX design experience, ideally in e-commerce
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web-based projects and design process
  • Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points For
  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • E-commerce platform experience
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience with AI/ML implementation in UX
  • Retail sector experience
