Are you a highly organised, effective administrator? Looking for a part time role that can work around your schedule? Experience within a highly detail orientated/quality led role?

My client is seeking a Technical Administrator who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their quality management systems.

What you’ll be doing:

As a part time Technical Administrator within the Food Service industry, you'll be at the heart of ensuring product excellence and compliance, supporting the technical team with everything from export traceability to product specifications:
  • Manage vital supplier certifications
  • Assist with label inspections
  • Maintain detailed records across multiple platforms, relating to; ethical/environmental, sustainability, supply chain, animal welfare.
  • Updating intolerance data
  • Supporting traceability exercises
  • Assisting Customer Audits
Who we’re looking for:
Essential:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Admin experience within a detail orientated role
  • Some understanding of quality systems / processes
  • Effective at gathering and chasing for information
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines – good time management
Desirable:
  • Previous background working within Food Service in a quality / technical admin role
  • Previous experience of dealing with suppliers
  • Experience of working with systems such as Sage, Food Connected and Erudus
