My client is seeking a Technical Administrator who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their quality management systems.
What you’ll be doing:
As a part time Technical Administrator within the Food Service industry, you'll be at the heart of ensuring product excellence and compliance, supporting the technical team with everything from export traceability to product specifications:
- Manage vital supplier certifications
- Assist with label inspections
- Maintain detailed records across multiple platforms, relating to; ethical/environmental, sustainability, supply chain, animal welfare.
- Updating intolerance data
- Supporting traceability exercises
- Assisting Customer Audits
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Admin experience within a detail orientated role
- Some understanding of quality systems / processes
- Effective at gathering and chasing for information
- Ability to work to strict deadlines – good time management
- Previous background working within Food Service in a quality / technical admin role
- Previous experience of dealing with suppliers
- Experience of working with systems such as Sage, Food Connected and Erudus
- Part time hours to suit (between 16-30 dependent on what you are looking for)
- Competitive full time equivalent salary of up to £30k with regular reviews (pro rata’d for part time hours)
- Central Norwich location (easy access for public transport OR parking paid for)
- Holiday: 25 day + 8 BH
