Your Mission:
- Master the art of raising internal sales orders, invoices, and credit notes using our cutting-edge inventory management system.
- Become a pro at initiating Purchase Orders and maintaining precise delivery schedules.
- Provide crucial freight quotes and add freight to company orders, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Prepare commercial shipping invoices and match export shipping documents with finesse.
- Handle the virtual book-in and book-out of intercompany direct dispatches.
- Play a key role in project coordination, utilising your excellent Excel skills.
- Be the first point of contact for tier 1 telephone queries, showcasing your effective communication skills.
