What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. You will play a key role in menu planning, team management, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills to support and develop the kitchen team
- The ability to manage kitchen operations, including stock control and food purchasing
- A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creating innovative specials
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills to ensure consistency and quality
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
