Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of your area.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant's menu and high culinary standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff, helping them develop their skills.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu ideas.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Passion for cooking and a creative flair.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
