Receptionist/Administrator needed (Must have current DBS) This is a temporary position until a permanent hire is made.
We are currently seeking a highly professional, experienced Temporary Receptionist to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is efficient, organised, and proactive, offering the chance to work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing phone calls and correspondence
Maintaining an organized, welcoming reception area
Administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Receptionist
Current DBS cleared.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between two sites
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and multitasking abilities
