As a pivotal member of our client's facilities management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all buildings within your portfolio operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing both hard and soft services across sites in Oxford and Cambridge, with regular visits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You'll coordinate with contractors, approve invoices, manage service charge budgets, and ensure all facilities meet our rigorous standards.
Your role will also extend to liaising directly with tenants and on-site staff, making your impact felt across all aspects of the property management spectrum. You must be IOSH certified to be considered for this role.
