Our client, a fast growing financial services company, is looking for a temp / temp to permanent receptionist/administrator to join their team with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
·Answering and directing telephone calls.
·Being the first point of contact for all visitors - welcoming them to the office, getting them refreshments whilst they wait in the waiting area.
·Ensuring that work areas and the office are kept in an orderly manner.
·Organising and managing meeting room bookings (internal and external).
·Arranging travel and booking accommodation as appropriate.
·Assisting with the organisation, planning, and managing of team events.
·Ordering and ensuring the supply of refreshments and stationery are always maintained.
·Acting as one of the points of contact among executives, employees, and clients.
·Organising office moves with Facilities/IT.
·Report production, including assisting in the production of quarterly board packs.
·Presentation production
The role will suit someone with strong written and spoken communication skills who is highly organised and efficient with the ability to handle a varied workload and competing priorities.
