Joining my client's team means immersing yourself in a role with diverse responsibilities. As the welcoming face of our front desk, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a friendly smile and expertly answering inquiries. Your role extends to capturing detailed descriptions of customers' vehicle needs, efficiently booking appointments, and managing contact and vehicle details. Handling job cards and engaging in essential computer work, such as booking in customers, parts, and tyres, will be second nature to you. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in the financial aspect of the business by creating invoices and ensuring meticulous reconciliation and cashing off at the end of each day.
Working alongside the Service Manager and Directors, you'll be an integral part of a supportive team. No need to worry about running the reception solo – this role is designed to be a collaborative and engaging support position.
