In the role of Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the operations, providing essential support to both the Psychologists and the operations teams. This position is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of client work. Your duties will range from office support, such as answering phones and arranging lunches, to quality control tasks like proofing documents and working creatively with PowerPoint slides. Additionally, you will be involved in project support, booking and liaising with suppliers, and handling sensitive data with the utmost care.
As an ideal candidate, you should have experience working in a busy and varied role, preferably as a coordinator, administrator, or in event management. You will be client-focused, possess strong organisational skills, and enjoy administrative tasks as well as contributing to team development. A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset is essential. Proficiency in IT, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint, is required, along with the desire to learn new skills as needed. Flexibility is key, as you will be working in the office two days per week, attending monthly company meetings, and possibly travelling to client sites.
