About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join a dynamic team supporting a food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Whether it’s working on or off the production line, your contribution will be vital to the success of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operating machinery to produce products to precise specifications.
  • Handling raw materials, filling, packing, and labelling products.
  • Assembling pallets of finished goods for distribution.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to food safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and achieve targets.
  • Completing production and cleaning records accurately.
  • Supporting the company’s commitment to BRCGS accreditation and continuous improvement in food standards.
While experience in food manufacturing is preferred, it’s not essential - the company will provide full training to help you succeed. The key qualities they are looking for:
