Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in the creation of a wide variety of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts
- Overseeing the pastry section’s daily operations, ensuring that all products are of exceptional quality and are prepared efficiently
- Leading and mentoring a team within the pastry section, offering guidance to staff and ensuring the development of their skills
- Maintaining strict standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Contributing to menu planning and helping innovate new offerings for the Catering Department
• Annual Salary: £29,743 per annum (inclusive of bonus)
