Take the reins of the sales ledger, own the monthly commission claims, and keep a watchful eye on direct customer invoicing and debt analysis.
Be the master of weekly income commission reports and commission-related tasks within their CRM.
Oversee the purchase ledger, ensuring month-end supplier payments are done without a hitch.
Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain the balance sheet with eagle-eyed accuracy.
Support the HR dimension, assisting the Finance & HR Director with administrative tasks.
Ensure their quarterly VAT returns are accurate and submitted on time.

A splash of humour and a “can-do” spirit that meshes with their upbeat culture.
An eagerness to delve into the energy sector (we've got the training covered!).
Your Work-Life Blend: This part-time position offers flexibility with a 25-hour work week. Spend two office days (Monday to Wednesday) with them, and enjoy the freedom to balance where and when you complete your hours.
