About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of their busy operations function with a self-sufficient and strategic approach. You will play a key role in ensuring their manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Develop and implement effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the operations team, fostering a positive team ethos and boosting morale.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- A hands-on, results-driven leader with a self-sufficient mindset.
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to develop and implement KPIs to drive business success.
