Your main responsibility will be ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. Working closely with the Service Supervisor, you'll also be running 2-3 of your own engineers who will carry out the MHC repairs, along with booking in services and arranging their workload to carry out the services.
With your excellent service controller and upselling skills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
The role offers a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, with working hours of 42.5 hours per week, from 8am to 5:30pm. Additionally, there is an uncapped commission based on 5% of the profit for parts sold on each MHC repair.
