Our client are a successful, growing and forward thinking Office Solutions company based in the West End who genuinely put both their employee welfare and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business.
This genuinely nice to work for' company have a low staff turnover which is testament to the working environment that the senior management have created. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to bring in a marketing resource to help take the business to the next level. This stand-alone Marketing Executive role will be responsible for:
·Contributing to and executing the company marketing strategy required to achieve yearly marketing objectives.
·Developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels including email marketing campaigns, SEM, PPC, display ads, telemarketing, and PR.
·Increasing profile through key industry partnerships and high-quality marketing campaigns.
Day to day duties will include:
·Take ownership of and manage the execution of, multi-channel tactical campaign plans, including hands-on channel-specific execution responsibilities.
·Help set marketing strategies and create tactical plans. Analyse tactical campaigns and create actionable insights. Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be beneficial
·Develop strategic audience development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging.
·Delivering effective SEO, SEM, PPC and display ads and email marketing and partnership campaigns that meet the company objectives. This would include liaising with SEO and PPC agencies
·Identify and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities with media partners, press, associations, membership bodies and other relevant industry players aimed to achieve marketing goals.
·Write and proofread copy of marketing collaterals, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing emails and press releases.
·Perform market research, data segmentation and list management including analysing, identifying and sourcing data for growth areas.
·Planning and executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns
·Implement new technology and design effective systems and workflows to ensure increased team efficiency. All channels and opportunities should be effectively optimised to produce the best results with the most effective spending.
·Develop and execute social media strategy that supports overall brand goals.
·Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with all stakeholders.
·Manage website and use Google Analytics and other tools to analyse and improve website performance.
·Raise brand profile across all platforms.
·Manage the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaign plans, ensuring each activity is delivered within deadline, to budget, and gains the required audience reach across all channels.
·Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPIs, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful. Make recommendations and adjustments to improve each marketing activity's performance.
